Shipping:
Businesslights allows the customer to select the UPS delivery service of their choice.
Freight charges are based on the total order weight and the customer’s location.
This shipping policy allows us to offer the lowest prices on all of our products.
Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 14 days of purchase, simply return the product, freight prepaid, unused, in a re-sellable condition, and in the original carton. Businesslights.com will exchange the product or refund the product purchase price less a 20% restocking charge. Freight charges are not refundable on returns unless the company made a shipping error. The company reserves the right to inspect the product to determine if it's damaged or not re-sellable and to issue credit conditionally.
All defective product is subject to the conditions of the manufactures warranty. Please refer to our warranties section or request a specific manufacturers warranty.
How do I handle returns?
- Email Customer Service and request a Return Authorization (RA)
- Include your invoice number on all return requests.
Customer Service will email you instructions for returning product.
